Ladd Family Dentistry strives to make my oral care a wonderful experience. All the staff, from Receptionist at check in, to my hygienist Tammy and assistant Chloe and Dr. Ladd, all were friendly, courteous and answered my questions and concerns. I am very pleases with my care.
Dr Ladd and his staff are terrific. My teeth never felt so clean as after his hygienist does her magic. I have been working with Dr. Ladd since he opened the practice. I am an older woman with years of dental work and mishaps dating from the days of problem tooth, pull it! Crooked teeth, how sad. Dr Ladd and his staff not only ask about how I am experiencing my bite, teeth brushing and other pointed questions they listen! I have never left there without knowing what is going on in my mouth and if needed a plan to correct it. When I have my cleaning, my mouth stays fresh longer than ever and she works extra hard on any stain she finds. Serious attention to detail!! Thanks to all the Ladd Staff!
I am not a fan of dentist in general but Dr. Ladd and his team are great. Everyone is very kind hearted and made me feel at ease. Definitely would recommend to my family and others.
Care team working to help me have healthy teeth
Everyone were so pleasant, kind and reassuring! Dr. Ladd was so gentle and modified things with the numbing so my heart rate would settle down. I tend to get nervous with dental work but they all calmed me down. I would highly recommend this practice!!
