I had a wonderful experience talking to Mr. Brown. He thoroughly answered all my questions pertaining to the vehicle that I am interested in, in a short period of time. Also, not only this particular vehicle, he answered questions about other vehicles I inquired about. I will definitely buy a vehicle from James and James Auto Exchange.
I did not purchase a this SUV from this car lot but they did call me back in a timely manner. I just didn't like the color, the salesman that called me was very nice and answered all my questions without hesitation.
