A very foul odor emits from this treatment plant negatively impacting the surrounding residential community. When raising the issue with Fairfax Water, they essentially told us there is nothing that can be done until the temperatures drops and rainfall increases. If this facility cannot treat water in a residential area without this creating this disgusting smell, it should not be allowed to remain operational.
