I am new to the practice, my initail appointment was rocky to say the least. I sat in the lobby for 25 minutes before being called back. The woman who escorted me back was cold, unwelcoming and condescending. I had to ask her several times to repeat her questions to me as I didn't always understand the lingo. She asked for the med list they printed out for me, I handed to her and said it was a bit confusing. There were two medications that showed duplicate as well as things I'm taking that are not on it. Dr. Brennan is excellent and Anna Ernst is excellent as well. My only concern would be the ladies at the front desk for the rude, ignorant, and unprofessional customer service of staff. Other than that great doctor’s!

I fell on my tailbone over a year ago I told my oncologist she referred me to Dr Brennan saw him and he told me I needed surgery to remove arthritis in my neck at the start of my spinal cord so I approved the surgery after surgery about 2 weeks later a few appointments later Dr Brennan told me to get more X-rays the nurse didn’t tell me I had a time frame so when I went to my next appointment Linda asked me if I got my X-rays I said yes so she went to speak to his nurse she turned me away I was so mad due to me taking time o... read more
