As first time homebuyers the whole process is quite overwhelming however James was wonderful! He’s very knowledgeable of the process and knew people who could help us along the way (Melissa Mueller for your mortgage loan needs 😉) He took the time to understand what we were looking for and directed us to homes that would fit our needs. If you’re looking for a real estate agent I would highly recommend James he’s awesome!

Highly recommend James Hutson for any realty needs. To renting/buying/selling he went above and beyond in helping us navigate all avenues. We had issues with our septic and James took time on his own to research solutions and paths forward and also to recommend businesses to help. Best experience ever! My husband and I hadn’t bought or sold a home in almost 20 years. James walked us through the whole process, and made it incredibly easy. Our house was under contract in 24 hours! He also helped us find our forever home. He was with us every step of the way and was always incredibly responsive to our needs. I would give 6 stars if I could.
