After going to another dentist who was condescending and tried to humiliate me, I found Dr McMasters. They may not have the most fancy new equipment but they were kind and caring and treated me with respect.

Yes Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

I can't believe this so called "dentist office" is still open. It was the most unprofessional service I have ever received from a dentist. I went there for dentures in October 2012. My dentures weren't delivered until May 2013. Then they hurt like crazy and had to go back 6 times and they still hurt. The very first time my impressions were taken, they were incorrect and the wax impression did not fit. He tried to force them in my mouth anyway. Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes
