Absolute worst place to get anything done. Had my car towed here on a Thursday and they’ve had it since and still cannot manage to get a key programmed. And then proceed to try and lie about how they have to order something when it doesn’t need it. So now having to wait until Monday to even get my car and they are refusing a loaner car when it’s their people who are too lazy to get anything done and then try and lie about it to buy time. We bought a truck in 2021. Dealer said it was a great truck, one owner vehicle. Fast forward to 2025. We go to trade in the truck and learn that the vehicle had been wrecked. over 10k worth of damage. Make sure you run your own carfax so you don't get screwed like we did. Wish i could give zero starts!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I bout a car at the end of June but at the end of July was told there was errors and I needed to resign and that I would get new temporary tags since the sale date changed, which I never did. I then never receive any documents on my trade in so I can cancel my extended arranty on my trade in. The first time I called about paper work they mentioned they were waiting on a power of attorney. Stay clear. My employee took her Toyota Camry to this location and had it checked out due to some concerns with shifting. They "confirmed" it needed a new transmission. We agree and they forced her to pay half up front. Weeks without any updates until we call and they tell us it is on backorder. We grew tired of getting the run around and demanded a refund so we could take it elsewhere.
