Well after almost 3 weeks of calling and phone calls not being returned, they did something! They ran the credit again 4x’s without authorization or notification. Supposedly it was because the old credit application had expired and they had to get us approved again! But here we are 7 weeks later still with no title and a new lender. This experience has been ridiculous! Also when we spoke to Marcellus, he said they had another customer going through the same thing. Apparently that’s what this dealership is known for!
