Very nice group of people, had a pleasant experience working with them. I flew in from Chicago to Tulsa and was not disappointed to having committed to purchasing the Veloster N from them. Definitely a top rated dealership.
Let me start by saying the service advisor Austin Hebb was great, but aside from that nothing good to say. My wife took her car in for the complimentary oil change since we purchased it there and 8:00 am this morning and when she got there they had 4 oil changes ahead of her so she goes and finds the waiting area to find that none of the lights in the building was turned on. I want to get this out in the open. Most of you already know that i have been a Manager at JAMES HODGE HYUNDAI for several years now. On Jan 16th of this year, what was a great and enjoyable job became a total nightmare. The morning of the 16th our General Manager of 4 years came in and resigned, of course it is the car business and we have seen many come and go, but us loyal employees that had been there for years never imagined the nightmare we was about to face. Difficult sale due to car condition. Ultimately resolved after great deal of effort and discussion
Sales lady was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bought the truck and CEL came on before I left. They tried to take care of it before I left but was to late at night. They kept in contact and done everything they could to take care of me until the issue was resolved. Definitely pleased with these fine folks and definitely recommend them to anyone.
