I just bought my wife a 2025 Lincoln Aviator tonight. This is my fourth purchase at James Hodge Ford Lincoln and this is my second purchase from Jennifer Thomason. Jennifer was very knowledgeable, friendly & worked diligently to put everything in place for the sale. I have to take a moment and brag on the dealership as well. The service and parts department are outstanding, this is the only dealership I will service my family’s vehicles at. Jason, Matt & Charlie are the best! 10/10 Highly recommended this dealership!
I’ve been truck shopping for a couple of months. After reading reviews on this dealership, I decided to call the store and ask to work with Jennifer Thomason. I’ll be the first to admit everyone’s reviews about her are true. She worked very hard to make sure I found a truck that I liked and fit in my budget. DO NOT GO TO JAMES HODGE FORD FOR A VEHICLE. THEY RIPPED OFF MY FRIEND, LIED TO HIM AND AND MANIPULATED HIM. CORD IS THE BIGGEST LIAR I HAVE EVER SEEN AND PRESSURED MY FRIEND TO SIGN PAPERS HE DIDN'T WANT TO SIGN, CORD ALSO LIED ABOUT HOW MUCH THE PAYMENT WOULD BE, HE SAID 349.00 AND IT'S 549. 00.
