If you shop here, beware. They had us come in to resign our paperwork for financing and was told there were no changes from the original signing. After getting the copy of the new paperwork and comparing it to the original, which we did not have at the time of the 2nd signing, they had increased the extended warranty by $1,000 and added a maintenance plan that we never agreed to. I don't know if it's humanly possible to write a review that will explain how I feel about my experience with Colton, Austin and James Hodge Ford Lincoln Muskogee. My wife and I can only hope my next car buying experience in half of what it was here. I do not believe I have every had any company (especially a car dealer) work as hard as their staff did to find me a tangible item (a specific Ford Maverick) like Colton and Austin did. Changing my original review. They were able to assist me in the mistake they made. And came with a better solution to the problem. "Not a great place to take your vehicle for service. Find another dealer that treats their customers right. If they make mistakes they will charge you for their mistakes. "
