bought my car from them years ago, I had a review already posted, but it’s been removed. I had a recall for my airbags from ford - took the dealership over three months to order them and even longer to get an appointment for them to be installed It was only my FRONT airbags. After receiving my car back from them, one of their employees had ate lunch in my car & someone sat in the back seat leaving a huge grease spot. Had a price agreement on a Thursday for a truck and was told everything would be ready to sign and pick up the next day. Even received a text confirming my appointment. I informed them I had young kids I’d be bringing and would drive 2 hours to get the truck. 20 min before I arrived they called and said they sold the truck. Highly recommend not using this dealership.
Let me preface this review by saying Bradyen our salesperson was great to deal with and the brief moments I talked to the GM Austin were nice too. I met some incredible people in Muskogee while I was doing a project there. And the people at the dealership were wonderful to deal with. I lost one of my Employees, one of the greatest scenic artists that I trained. Muskogee has some of the most incredible restaurants! I believe I'll return with my brother driving a convertible across the country!
