DO NOT GO TO JAMES HODGE FORD FOR A VEHICLE. THEY RIPPED OFF MY FRIEND, LIED TO HIM AND AND MANIPULATED HIM. CORD IS THE BIGGEST LIAR I HAVE EVER SEEN AND PRESSURED MY FRIEND TO SIGN PAPERS HE DIDN'T WANT TO SIGN, CORD ALSO LIED ABOUT HOW MUCH THE PAYMENT WOULD BE, HE SAID 349.00 AND IT'S 549. 00. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY JAMES HODGE DEALERSHIPS TO BUY ANYTHING EVER. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE EVER....
My wife & I have bought multiple vehicles from Laurel and she is the best. In fact, we are planning on buying a used vehicle next year and even though we live in Texas now, we will be driving back to Muskogee and seeing Laurel to purchase our next car.

If you shop here, beware. They had us come in to resign our paperwork for financing and was told there were no changes from the original signing. After getting the copy of the new paperwork and comparing it to the original, which we did not have at the time of the 2nd signing, they had increased the extended warranty by $1,000 and added a maintenance plan that we never agreed to. It was "electronically" signed on a day we were NEVER AT THE DEALERSHIP. It has been over 2 MONTHS trying to get the $2,500 refunded back to us. Wa... read more
