Kayla who does the scheduling for hvac cleaning, is very unprofessional. I run a lot of jobs and give them a lot of business but I think I’ll move my business elsewhere after the way she talked to my customers, my staff and myself.
RecommendedGeat customer service. Installed my new furnace/actually last November 2018. Great price and very fast installation. Today, had a quick tune up before the cold weather hits. Called yesterday and they came today. very fast. Adjusted a couple of things, and verified everything is good to go. Would recommend for installation and service.
We have a relic, it's a floor furnace,it is 69 yrs. old. Called for service one day, they came out the next day, Andrew came in and looked a little surprised, but it didn't phase him too much, he got straight to work, replaced a part, and got some toasty heat going asap! he couldn't have been more courteous and on top of it if he tried, will we be replacing the "old" one? yes, very soon, we also know who were going through for the upgrade ….. Thank you for sending out Andrew, he was awesome!! 😃👍

What could they do better?? They could actually send us the estimates they were asked to provide, schedule the appts that they told us they would, and bill us correctly, act professional.
James has been servicing out heating and air conditioning system for years. A1 service. side note. they have 24 hour repair service and do not charge a off hour fee. I did not know that and this would make it easier to fit a repair service after hours.. thank you James for getting our heater running during this cold snap.

These guys came out to my senior father’s home FOR FREE to check out his furnace. My brother had already diagnosed the problem and they cam out to confirm the problem. I think they are great! Thank you for not scamming the elderly!!
