I called just about every AC repair business in Salem, hoping for same-day service. I’ll save you the trouble: Call Jame’s Heating & AC first. I’m writing this review a mere 3 hours and 27 minutes after I first called their business with cold air once more blasting from the air vents. I do not like the heat. At all. Responsive, respectful, quick turn around. August was great, so glad we found James heating!
They were able to come out and service my heater within a couple days. The technician was very friendly and efficient. Great service, I will definitely use them again.
