Dr. Hageman is very professional, and seems to be very current in his field. I really appreciated his willingness to explain medication details -- about efficacy studies etc. However, my adolescent son, who was naturally cynical and resistant to treatment, was very put off by Dr. Hageman's almost sing-songy patronizing manner, which made it difficult for me to get my son there, or instill much trust about treatment options. I suspect Dr. Hageman might do much better with children and adults.
