Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Dr. Hageman has helped my daughter a great deal. He is an excellent doctor, up to date on all the latest treatments, and seems caring and concerned about her well-being and how well she is responding to the medication. His care and treatment has made a world of difference in her, and he is very responsive to any needs we have. I recommend him most highly for adolescents.

Does this psychiatrist offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychiatrist's office? They were average

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. It always frustrates me when I have to spend a bunch of time driving around trying to find a parking spot, but I didn't have to do that here. I found one right away, and it was right next to the entrance.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this psychiatrist ever condone negative behavior? No, they made sure all negative behaviors were discouraged Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine
