Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Completely! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
