I visited Dr. James Garvin after his father retired. I had an infected tooth and instead of referring me to an endodontist, he said he would be able to handle it. He could not. After numerous visits, he failed and I lost my tooth. I now have a bridge.
Dr. Garvin and the whole team are wonderful and do exceptional dental work. I actually look forward to my visits because I know they care.
Absolutely ignorant to all my concerns. He doesn't care what you wish , he does it his way anyway. I almost fainted when he stuffed my mouth with the pink paste to mold my dentures. He doesn't care if you are in pain, he wants to be done asap and charge you $$$. My worst experience with a 'dentist'.
What a wonderful dentist and staff! I live in the city and was in the area on a Friday when my temporary crown fell off. Molly was so terrific, She got me in to see Dr. Jim. What a lifesaver! The office is very welcoming, I felt like I had known them for years. Such a comfortable and enjoyable experience! It was so good I’m considering making the drive from the city to see him again. Highly recommend!!
Just moved back to the area. Had previously been a patient of Jim's Dad, Dr Pat. Dr Jim and his staff are the best!!
