Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? They were average Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Dr Gross has always taken care of me and my family. He seems to know more than other doctors I have seen in the past. Very convienently located and has a great office staff.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
