I was referred here by my primary doctor. When it was time for me to check in, I was informed I couldn't see him because HE WAS OUT OF NETWORK FOR MY INSURANCE! I explained my problem to the office staff, and it was kind of urgent, I really needed to be seen today. They were extremely flexible and found a PA that could see me. She was very thorough and made a follow-up appointment for me to see a a dermatologist in their practice that would take my insurance! Very Professional!
