James helped us sell my parents house. It was a difficult time for us, especially with a Pandemic. He took care of everything for us and really went above and beyond! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. He took very good care of the home as well. He was always available at anytime to answer questions or do little things at the house when I could not .

I worked with James on a very difficult short sale and there is no way that I would have gotten the house without him. There were three banks involved, Escrow and a very difficult seller. James was very flexible and consistently worked with all parties involved. He could have walked away from this deal anytime but he kept being patient, professional and forceful. He ended up working with me for more than 11 months on it. What other real estate agents would do that!? Absolutely fantastic work!
