James Gattas is the best! My fiancé surprised me with an engagement ring and I couldn't believe how beautiful and classic the setting was! Once I realized it was Jay from James Gattas who helped him design it I knew I would never go to another jeweler! They are extremely kind, attentive and trustworthy and they have the prettiest items. I will be using them for years to come!
I would give this store 4 and 5 star ratings all the time. But here lately the last couple of times I've just been ignored when I've been in the store. The last time just put the icing on the cake. It wasn't busy at all. I had to listen to personal conversations. I wasn't recognized until I was on my way to the door. "Ma'am we didn't know you were back there ". How did you not know?
