Punctual, professional and pleasant are words to describe my last visit.
Friendly staff! I was slightly nervous about my appointment (because after the dentist referred me I had absolutely no clue what was going on), but both the doctor and staff were nice and welcoming! They explained everything thoroughly and let me know every step that I was going to need to go through! I feel prepared for all of my future appointments with Dr. Woodyard and staff! :)
Ive always had very good experiences with Dr Woodyard and all of his staff. They are very personable and make you feel more like a guest than a dental patient. I know that when I am going to have a procedure done I am in good hands with nothing to worry about, and I've had some pretty extensive procedures. Very highly recommended.
I found everyone I dealt with from the dentist to the receptionist both professional and friendly. I was glad he wanted to do scan to get further details on exactly how the tooth and things around it look but not charge me for that, so he could be better prepared for the procedure.
I have always been greeted by a friendly and professional staff who introduce themselves, asks if you have any questions and answer all questions clearly and completely. This most current visit was an extensive oral surgery, I had absolutely no discomfort during the surgery, and going into day 3 have had very little discomfort, swelling and bruising... I still have a lot more to go through, however, I am able to go ahead without any reservations... Dr Woodyard is terrific, too!
All of my visits have been stellar. The dental services and customer service are gold standard. Dr. Woodyard and his entire staff are professional, courteous and the dental care certainly raises the bar for the entire dental industry. Five Stars!
The staff is very efficient and friendly which makes for a relaxing visit to the dentist! Dr. Woodyard and his staff do outstanding work and explain each procedure in detail and supply detained instructions to follow at home. A great team!
