The appointment is always easier because of the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone is very professional yet put you at ease. Dr. Woodward is the best too.

The care I received was excellent, but the office currently needs to sort out its phone system. I attempted to call four times to ask a question prior to my appointment, but was unable to reach a receptionist at any of the times. The options in the phone system are confusing enough even to baffle my dentist, who is working in concert with Dr. Woodyard's office. They also had to make several attempts to reach someone.
