A huge help I just bought my wife a new wedding band for our anniversary and she loved it. I had such a hard time picking something out for her because she's so picky and after describing her to the staff they knew exactly what she would want. I've had a bad track record in the jewelry department for a few years and a friend of mine suggested James Free Jewelers because he shops there for his wife all the time. I just can't believe how happy the wedding band made her. I will definitely be going back for Mother's Day.
NOT the lowest price guarantee! Don't believe them when they state they have the lowest prices Shop around. I went there looking for a diamond and asked if there was any thing they can do on the price and they said no because they have the lowest price. I found the same diamond at another place for 2,000 Yes that's thousand less, I sent them an email later stating that and only then were they wanting to lower the price and talk business, by then it was to late. Just do some homework.
Terrible After Sales Service Terrible Service! They will take your money with a smile but the after sales service is terrible, They have limited knowledge and ability to make repairs on high-end watches and if they don't get it right the first time they tell you it is your problem and to go deal with the manufacturer...good luck to all who buy here. Buyer Beware!
