I highly recommend their services—had both our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Calvin, the technician, arrived right on time and kept everything neat and organized. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!
I hired James Family Home Services after reading lots of other customer reviews. We had our dryer vent cleaned before by another place, but it was still about 80% clogged and our dryer kept shutting off because of bad air flow. The reviews I saw made me think this company was honest. One thing that stood out is they charge a flat rate for cleaning, while other companies often have hidden fees or only clean a certain length of duct before charging extra per foot. james family home services came to clean my air ducts. i have never had a more detailed air duct cleaning service. the two technicians, calvin and wyatt, were very professional and did an amazing job. they really cared about their work and it was easy to see!
Wyatt arrived right on schedule and did a great job explaining the air duct cleaning process and making sure our ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The before and after photos were very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience and definitely worth it. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend James Family Home Services!
robert was very courteous and arrived on time. robert and his trainee did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts, vents, and dryer vent. they made sure to clean up everything after finishing, and were also really nice to our dog. we would definitely recommend james family home services for air duct cleaning.
