I did not have a good experience with James at all. We hired him to do a panel upgrade, add lights to our kitchen and living room, update light switches, and fix a fan in one of the bathrooms. He made several off-color and racist remarks over the time he did work. It feels like he overextended himself, as well, as he worked full time for Everett Public Schools (which was not disclosed until after we agreed to services), so he was only available evenings or weekends or when he would call into his main job. Came out and fixed two plugs for my grandparents kitchen. It ended up being a lot more work than expected but he got everything done and did a great job. Affordable and amazing service. 10/10 would use these guys again!

Excellent service provided by James and team. We were looking to install EV charger and was referred to James by a friend. James was quick to answer our inquiry, and within a few days we had our charger installed. His 40+ years (he doesn’t look his age) really showed through the way he spoke about his recommendations and guidances. His quote was very fair and competitive. I would definitely be going back to James and highly recommend him for anyone with Electrical needs!
