I took my elderly and fragile family member in to have their dentures looked at, Mr. Patterson did not offer any numbing to them and without telling them what he was doing went and cut off bone spurs. He has no bedside manner, and acted as if my family member didn't understand (they are very alert and continuative) and when I asked about numbing he said no.
