RecommendedWords can’t explain how great this doctor is!! I will recommend him for teeth extractions, implants etc. He is very knowledgeable and professional! I’ve gone to him since he took over the practice and won’t go anywhere else. I need to mention his staff is awesome too! I go to his Bristol office, but will travel anywhere his offices may be. Dr. James provides the best service I have seen in my 50 plus years of going to the dentist. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very considerate of the patient. His staff are always upbeat, pleasant and and provide excellent care. I would not go anywhere else for my dental care. He is so good I did not even know he was done taking out the bad wisdom tooth . I asked him how much longer and he told me it was finished. I never felt a thing, how great is that !!!! Thank you Dr. James.

Great staff , felt comfortable with everyone
This was honestly one of the worst medical appointments of my life. I've never felt it necessary to leave a bad review for anyone but I really feel a need to express just how upset I was after seeing Dr. Ean James. Both him and his assistant were rude and condescending, and both had the audacity to laugh at me explaining my medical history. It took everything out of me to not cry during this appointment, but I left the office sobbing.
The entire staff is great . From the ladies in the front to the assistants in the back. Everyone had a smile making me feel very welcomed. The doctor is not only down to earth but very professional . He was quick and the procedure went well. He also made sure i was very comfortable before starting. Would recommend this office to anyone . Very satisfied
People were upbeat which calmed my nerves a little bit.
Ean failed to mention that he is currently on probation courtesy of Department of Public Health. He also failed to mention that he is legally not allowed to perform operations while on probation (for 12 months), that he has had issues with patient infections, and that he LIED on his CT license renewal form about not having the same documented disciplinary actions in MA.
Great dentist, and staff is very friendly!!
