I do not write many reviews, but I would have to say this is a review worth writing. It is often very hard to find good customer care when seeking any type of medical assistance. I attended my eye exam this week and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted. I was asked if I needed assistance. I honestly felt during my visit that I was being taken care of; and every detail was explained. I walked out of this appointment! This doctor was very condescending during the exam. He told me that my vision was the same as last year. I informed him once again that it has been much harder to read street signs when driving, watching TV and on the computer. He then said, oh lets check you distance vision. This was after he told me my proscription didn't change. He than gave me a speech of how progressive work like he was a professor teaching a class. Service was great even though they were packed. Everyone was multitasking helping the clients in front of them and making sure those waiting knew they weren’t forgotten. Doctor was amazing and straight to the point simple yet educational. Will definitely recommend
