Dr Mock is an extraordinary cardiologist: through , respectful & infinitely patient. His lighthearted sense of humor eases some issues softly into reality. Other than his obvious skillls in the art & science of medicine, he has great humanity. This is a very good man and an excellent doctor. The group practice transition was kind of a bummer, BUT many private docs are turning to groups for financial reasons & a great doctor, like the king on a chessboard, is priceless. Dr. Mock is that kind of doctor!

I am Alfrieda Scott. I like Dr. Mock. However, scheduling an appointment with his staff is a nightmare. On 10/24/2023 I had to call 4 times and explain the exact same thing. If in fact all calls are recorded, he should listen to them. By the third time I called back and was placed on hold and was disconnected, my patience had expired. The fourth time I called and continued to get the run around, I said, forget it. I called my primary treating physician and requested another cardiologist. Love Dr Mock the one new practice he joined leaves a lot to be desired. Having to go almost to Henderson to have test done is difficult some many seniors who do not drive the freeways.

First I want to state that I have been seeing Dr. Mock for years PRIOR to change in practice/group owner. This change has been an absolute nightmare for patients. I am currently diagnosed with a multiple auto immune diseases that require medications/TX. I have called this most unprofessional and irresponsible health care provider 3 times to advise that I am being told to STOP taking HBP meds that Dr Mock prescribed 9 years ago…… I have been sent to records, I have been sent to MA voice mail that she is not available and NO M... read more

We absolutely love this doctor. Dr. Mock is one of the most compassionate, approachable cardiologists I've met- explains everything in detail without being condescending, infinitely patient & great sense of humor which can be comforting. His front office rocks too! Given the growing shortage of doctors in LV, we feel so lucky we found Dr. Mock! Scheduled an appointment that I was early for since I'm a new patient. Paperwork was completed without issues and was immediately placed in the exam room where the initial part of my visit was conducted. After FORTY-SIX minutes, the only contact I had was from somebody bringing my ID and insurance card. No updates that doc was running behind and ZERO acknowledgement when I left. Do not recommend especially after reading how our Vets are treated in this office.

Dr. Mock is an excellent doctor however that's where the professionalism ends. His front office staff is nothing short of rude. I have a friend who had a quadruple bypass and the VA sent him to Dr. Mock. When it was time for his follow up appointment he was told they don't really like to have veterans as patients because the VA is slow to pay. REALLY ????? I'm not sure if Dr. Mock knows how his staff is treating someone who served our country but they should be fired !!

Very professional, very caring to patients. Dr Mock treated me with care and personal attention. I felt like he really cares about the patient. I would highly recommend Dr Mock !
