Dilligent in exacting the molds for my teeth and gums. The dentures are perfect, with absolutely no hot spots. I would use no other dentist or lab. Caring, gentle and considerate. Dr. Mertzel truly has his patients best interests in mind. Highly recommended. His fees are reasonable and customary.
Knowledgable in all the latest procedures, as well as does all procedures himself rather than shipping off to specialists. Doctor is Extremely friendly and personable and so is the delightful staff.
Always will accepts emergency work and works well with my Insurance. He provides for my entire family and their dental needs. Cost below norm. Pain well below past experience. Will always use again. D. Chadwick
