The entire experience was extremely good. Staff was friendly and Dr.Ladd was great he was very patient with me and explained everything I needed to know about my situation. He listened to my questions and concerns without hesitation. I would recommend this office to my family members and my friends.

Ladd Family Dentistry strives to make my oral care a wonderful experience. All the staff, from Receptionist at check in, to my hygienist Tammy and assistant Chloe and Dr. Ladd, all were friendly, courteous and answered my questions and concerns. I am very pleases with my care.

Dr Ladd and his staff not only ask about how I am experiencing my bite, teeth brushing and other pointed questions they listen! I have never left there without knowing what is going on in my mouth and if needed a plan to correct it. When I have my cleaning, my mouth stays fresh longer than ever and she works extra hard on any stain she finds. Serious attention to detail!! Thanks to all the Ladd Staff!
