Dr Fagelson is genuinely concerned for you health. Knows and reviews my history each time I have a checkup. Punctual with appointments a staff is very helpful and friendly.
Staff was professional I was seen on time!!! Would have liked to have been forewarned that 1st post cyberknife psa might not show reduction
Not only did we find Dr. Fagelson's interaction with my elderly mom very abrupt, cold and uncaring, his front office staff was inefficient. We signed in early, yet had to wait 45 minutes to be seen because they were chatting with one a patient and didn't notify the nurse. She said she as sitting in her office doing paperwork because she didn't know we were waiting. Mom has severe back issues and was in pain! They never apologized. They said it was just a lack of communication. Bad form!

Went to Fagelson for fiduciary implants prior to Cyberknife treatment. He botched the job. After trying to implant the fiducials he said"I am not sure I got them in the right location". Two days later I was in the hospital having them done correctly by Dr Kelly. Not a follow up by Fagelson,no call,no nothing. Avoid at all costs!
