If you need any type of knee or hip evaluation or replacement I would definitely go to Dr. Dowd before anybody else.
I had an excellent visit with Dr Dowd. He balanced records with what I told him. In other words, he listened to me. No lecturing. Just words of fact, empathy and understanding.
Unfortunately I felt there was very little concern for my pain.
