The office staff were very friendly, they listened to me, and took time to explain things. The orthotics were finished when the staff said they would be. A very pleasant visit!
The office staff is very efficient and the paperwork prerequisites can be handled prior to arrival as the forms are emailed within minutes of making the appointment. I was able to complete the forms at my convenience and take them along for my first appointment. It made for a very smooth arrival and wait to be seen.
I called about a billing question after receiving a bill in the mail a year after I had received services. I paid for all of the services and necessary products I needed to recover. I spoke with the office manager on the phone who told me I had never paid my balance. I have proof of these payments, yet she could not find anything on her end. He said by just looking at me sitting down that I had one leg longer than the other and sold me 2 pair of shoe inserts at $15 each to make up the difference. I decided to get a second opinion and had St Mary's x-ray and measure my bones. My legs are the same length. I waisted my money on this doctor.

I had been having foot issues for awhile and was not sure where to turn. I’m so glad I found advanced foot and ankle associates! It was easy to make an appointment and the staff is great. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Dr Dewitt is friendly and takes time to explain things and answer questions. I never felt rushed or unimportant with him or his staff.
I saw Dr Dewitt to check my big toes for fungus and to see what I could do to prevent this.
From the front staff to Dr. DeWitt they are all extremely helpful, polite and Dr. Dewitt talks to me in a way I understand. Dr. DeWitt fitted me for orthotics and got me heel lifts and now I am in much less pain then previous due to his care. I would recommend Dr. DeWitt to anyone that has problems with their feet.
