All of the staff I encountered was pleasant and professional. The surgeon explained things so that I could make a clear decision.
dr D is amazing docter
The provider was Very nonchalant and short with my appointment. Didn't ask me any type of questions. It just felt as he was trying to rush me out. Was a waste of my drive. Would never come back.
The Doc is great. Office administrative procedures are another story. This office required filling out forms to obtain information I have provided and is in the Premier computer system. While I understand consents and notices need to be signed, it is a waste of my time and is frustrating to have to provide information that I have already provided. One of the advantages of getting healthcare from providers in the same system is a central point of information.
Dr. James DeCaestecker is easy to talk with. He always listens well and gives a detailed explanation of what is next. I would definitely recommend him.
