Immediately addressed unreceived labs from another provider. Attentive, alert, confident, and spoke in laymen's terms. All staff pleasant and receptive
my experience with this group was very positive and my problem was fixed
Took over a month to get into office for follow-up after surgery after contacting on MyChart, and their response was to call office to make appointment. That is what I was using MyChart for. Last visit I sat in exam room for one hour for waiting for provider. Not happy with this one. Maybe there is another network provider I could use.
Outside of waiting over an hour for my MD everything was great!

If I could give this man zero rating I would....when good Samaritan was still up and running back in 2017 I was admitted after having surgery that he was also I had no idea he was even affiliated with the surgeon I had at that point. But mind you after I had a partial colostomy ( which only had 15 cm of large intestines left) why any was left is beyond me, but anyway that has nothing to do with the fact that Dr. Decaesrecker ABSOLUTELY HAS NO BED SIDE MANNERS NOR DID HE ACT OR MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE CARED TELLING ME THERE WASN... read more
