I have been seeing Dr. Croley for dry eye. Not all eye doctors know a lot about dry eye but he does. Dr. Croley has helped me to deal with this issue. I'm confident I'm on the right path to get my situation under control. He is thoughtful and easy to talk to. His staff is wonderful too.
I went to Dr. Croley for an eye exam. He diagnosed me with cataracts. Rather than submitting the bill to my insurance as a doctor's exam, he coded the bill with cataracts. My insurance will not pay for the entire appointment due to this medical code. I called to have Dr. Croleys's office resubmit the bill with a medical exam and was told this wasn't an option. I couldn't use Dr. Croley for the removal of the cataracts since the facility he uses is out of network. BEWARE OF BILLING
