Joseph and Tony and the rest of the staff with James Dugas all portray the definition of Professional in Excellent Customer Service to every single person who, with any number of choices, choose to walk through that door. I have been here three times. All three times I have never regretted the experience. If you are in Austin and you need an eye exam, glasses or contacts consider them.
Dr. Dugas and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. They are all patient and informative. Everybody I interacted with seemed to really enjoy their job and what they do. Dr. Dugas was recommended to me by a former boss of mine and I strongly recommend him to any and all people reading this review.
