I stopped by James This morning to refill a prescription. As I pulled up a man working there came up to my window and asked how he could help me. I gave him my script, debit card and asked him if I could wait for it. He said Yes and he proceeded inside. SEVEN, YES 7 minutes later and he comes out, with my FILLED Script and Thanks me for my business. Their Service is Always Fantastic BUT today In light of everything that’s going on, was Unreal. Best local drug store, hands down
Was having trouble finding a medication at a few different pharmacies. My doctor told me they had a few patients that lived in Denham and had luck finding it at James Drug Store. I called to see if they had it, and to make sure my Dr had called it in there. (he didnt at that point). The lady who helped me on the phone, called my drs office to get the medication rx for me altough I was not currently a patient of theirs. Love them. I have been using them many many years and would not go anywheres else. The personal attention I get when I go in makes me feel good.
This happened a while back and I'm just now able to post this review but I needed my mom's medicine. it was super important she had it and I was late getting their so they were closed. but they came back up and open the store just so that I could get her medicine. you don't find service like that anywhere these people are more family than business.
