Im a long time client, 20 + years, with Dr. helliwell before Dr. winterton took over. I had appnt on 10/7. I texted their chat system saying I would be 20 minutes late. I never heard back, when I arrived (30 minutes late) they said they never got my text because the server crashed and they would be unable to see me and will need to reschedule. No problem. Great service and friendly staff
Dr Winterton is the first dentist I’ve been to that is both a perfectionist but also easy going. He isn’t over aggressive about his concerns but also wants to help you achieve a beautiful smile. Easy to talk to, beautiful office, A+ staff.

The whole staff is awesome. Friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Dr. Winterton is such a great dentist. Very straight forward and you don’t feel like he’s trying to sell services. Best dentist I’ve every had.
