I waited a year to post this review to see if things would change but now it's time to share my experience. I had a nerve ablation done on my back at the end of February 2024. Initially, Dr. Deering's bedside manner was great and I found him very supportive. Great bed side manner, very informative.
Ever since I had a dermoid cyst rupture in 2020 and 4 surgeries later I’ve had to see dr deering for my pain. He has been outstanding. Managing pain is so nerve racking and he has made the experience a very calm one for me. He always listens and make sure we discuss our plan moving forward. I always leave with a weight lifted off my shoulders as I know we are going to work together to help my chronic pain until what is hopefully my final surgery coming up. If you are earnestly in need of pain care and will fully comply with each directive, you will find that Carolinas Pain Institute offers the very best treatments available. Now, I seldom have to think—or worry—about pain.
I usually have a very good experience when I go to this office. Staff is always friendly and Dr. Deering is very professional and helpful.
