He is a very informative Doctor and let me know all the procedures and everything to do with my shoulder it was a very educational experience.
Surgery was not performed properly. Had extreme pain with no help. Called to check to see if I needed to pay at 2/14/23 appointment. They said no so I took no steps to have payment ready. They refused to see me so I was stuck with no way out. Horrible practice.
Dr. McDermott was amazing! He was very caring and explained everything so that I understood. He is not a pushy doctor, never trying to "make you do" any procedures. Will recommend to anyone needing Ortho.
