Horrible customer service ! Could not schedule my appointment
Dr. Park is very clear in his explanations, being patient to make sure I understand everything. We got a bit of a late-in-life diagnosis, so when it hit like a ton of bricks, he was so reassuring and confident in treatment choices for us. I walked out feeling so much better than when we walked in for sure! He's efficient, seems to be right on top of things.
The skilled nursing facility found this place and made the appointment. It was Useless. Told us nothing useful. Said he couldn’t help & apparentl, the appointment was Just about the Botox. I asked about dementia and he literally said that was “another appointment” altogether. Seriously?!? I thought it was a general neurologist consult. He said he couldn’t help us. I asked if he could look at my list of questions for the neurologist and see if there was anything he Could answer, and he refused. He said “we are done.” I sat th... read more
