I wasn’t asked to leave this review. I’m not proud to admit that I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life. In all that experience, Dr Lund has been the best. He’s quick, explains to you what he’s doing, is upfront about what could happen and is personable. His staff is great too. The assistant did a really good job at making sure my throat was clear the whole procedure. Some dentists are rough and you feel it for hours after. Very nice dentist with very good advice. The only reason I don’t give a higher rating is that I found his prices to be higher and it pays to find that out before the work is done. Unfortunately his staff did not go over costs prior to the work and I was blindsided by a $2500.00 bill that I wasn’t expecting as I assumed my dental insurance would be covering my implant crown as they had covered all my past crowns. While I didn’t have any work done by Dr James Lund, I can say that he is very friendly, and incredibly honest. He also has excellent people skills and took the time to listen to what I had to say, which I sincerely appreciate.
