It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

I was referred to Dr. Long by a co-worker because I was having pain with a front tooth. . Dr. Long and his staff were very detailed in my exam and took the time to explain the treatment that I needed . I needed to have a rootcanal and cap done on my front tooth so cost was a factor for me. Polly was very helpful in assisting me to get financing for my dental treatment (without interest! ). Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! I was treated wonderfully. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.

Best In Katy I have been a patient of Dr. Long's for over 10 years. He and his staff have always been very friendly and professional. He has always explained my treatment to me in detail. He puts your teeth on the computer screen and enlarges them so that you can see what he is talking about. I like that I know what I am expected to pay before my treatment is done.
