I had a great experience at Dallas Wellness Center after going there for treatment following an auto accident. Dr. Stewart was very informative and upfront, taking the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment plan. Dr. Romo was also very nice and a great chiropractor who made sure I felt comfortable during my visits. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’m grateful for the care and support I received during my recovery.
I cannot express my gratitude towards Dallas wellness center enough. They are very organized and friendly with their patients. They provide easy and clear communication to their patients. I came in with lower back pain to the point where i wasn't able to walk correctly. Dr Kirkpatrick, Dr Romo, and Dr Stewart did an amazing job on helping me get back on track. Dr. Ryan Stewart is the first chiropractor I've seen. I appreciate his concern for my lower disc pain. He really understands what I am going through. The back extension machine is very helpful.

The Dallas Wellness Center has been a tremendous support in my recovery from the injuries I sustained in a car accident. Dr. Stewart and his staff genuinely care about their patients. Everyone at the center is professional, friendly, and highly skilled, providing excellent service.
