Facility is not clean. They aren't proactive . Treated like a number. Glad to have finally found a different facility where we are treated with compassion and care.
Would like everyone to know about the excellent service provided by Dr. Serio and his wonderful staff. He is without a doubt one of the best....if not THE BEST dentist ever. As new patients, the care and concern and patience he extended to me and my husband should be classified as "award winning". I have never been so impressed with any previous provider that I was given to write a recommendation. Please do yourself a favor and use GCHC for your dental service.
The actual Pediatricians/nurses are good nice people and do anything to help, but the lady’s up front are so mean and rude , they do nothing to help out , I will not be going there no more , if I could give this place a negative five star recommendation I would because of they ladies at the front desk, they do nothing to help you out and are awfully so rude! The rudest ladies I have met in my life yet
