Carlene Townsend was great. She helped get my daughter in a car she loved and able to afford the payments herself without trying to show us vehicles she couldn't afford.
I recently posted about a negative experience I had. I will say, within a day both the Service Mananger and Mr. Corlew contacted me about my experience. It is refreshing that they acknowledged it, apologized and attempted to make it right! They went above and beyond what I expected!
