Dr. Copeland, at Overlake Hospital clinic was excellent. He explained clearly my health condition, he was patient and kind as he took as many questions we had and answered them respectfully. I felt good because I had a good Dr. visit.

I just saw Dr Copeland for the first time as a transfer patient. For many years I had been seeing another Pulmonologist who recently left the clinic. I absolutely loved her so Dr Copeland had some pretty big shoes to fill. I think he will do so just fine as I felt he listened as well as asked all the right questions! Definitely a very good first visit. Thank you!

He makes sure you understand the charts and what all the numbers mean. He's never in a rush to get to the next guy in line, just an amazing human being with compassion for his patients. His staff has always been supportive too, asking and answering any and all questions.
