Amazing custom jeweler! We were looking to upgrade my wife's wedding set for our 10th anniversary. We took it in and only had a rough idea of what we wanted to do. James came up with a BEAUTIFUL design that far exceeded our imaginations and expectations! We even had a short timeline and he had it done a day early! Trust James and give him a little artistic license and you'll get something in return that will far exceed your expectations!

I had wanted a three stone anniversary ring for years. It needed to accomodate my engagement diamond as well as my mother's. James listened to my needs and designed the PERFECT ring. It needed to be sturdy (I do a lot of gardening.) But it also needed to be gorgeous. I cannot believe how wonderfully it came out. Forget the big companies if you want something special and personal. Go to James!

I had an absoluely ancient class ring from father (Class of '61) from a remote small town in Arkansas that needed some repair so it wouldn't scrape my finger. James was great on the phone initially (I found him in the hard copy Yellow Pages), charming, friendly and positive. First time I walked into store, James connected with me. I needed some advice; he gave it friendly and for free. He also fixed a charm for me while in the store at no cost. Second time, I took my wedding ring in, I knew I could trust him with the one piece of jewelry I really cared about. His customer service is remarkable. His work he did on my ring was exquisite. My fiancés and I had found the PERFECT setting at one location and the diamond at another. Being pretty unfarmiliar with the jewerly industry we soon discovered that the setting was set for a round stone and we had a princess stone. James was AMAZING!!!!!!! I recently brought in a diamond ring in a setting that I did'nt like. James listened to what I wanted and added some ideas. He is truly a Master Jeweler and recreated my ring in another setting and added some loose diamonds that I already had. All in all the ring came out just beautifully.
